Rehoming 1yr old chocolate lab (Rockwell)

Having to re-home our 1yr old chocolate lab due to our work schedules we currently are unable to give him the time he deserves he is a very sweet loving boy who loves going on car rides and trying to fit into your lap he knows some commands but others he acts like he doesn't when he does he does have a training collar that can come with him for an additional fee which would be $100 were asking for a small rehoming fee of $250 without the collar with it $350 it's a brand new sport dog 425xs he will come with his toys and a kennel even though he physically wouldn't let us kennel train him he went in there one time and was terrified to come out for some reason but he will come with it that if wanted and about 5lbs of his food he's on which is the 4health from tractor supply it's the only kind we been able to actually get him to eat
