Summary
Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse:
Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences
Provides assistance with activities of daily living
Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care
Qualifications / Requirements
Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
