We give our drivers maximum earning potential which includes mileage pay as well as quarterly bonus pay! Sign-On Bonus is $10,000 (with 1 yr verifiable OTR experience) and is paid at $500 per month for 12 months.
All miles paid (loaded AND empty)! Only 12 months of verifiable OTR experience required! Oberg Freight is a Family Owned Company based in Fort Dodge, IA (since 1984) running roughly 70 tractor and over 400 trailers.
Being driver friendly is a key to our success and currently have 16 Drivers that are Million Mile Drivers (Oberg Freight miles only) as well as 25% of our drivers have been with us for 8 years or longer.
