Overview: Provide departmental clerical and administrative support for the Chemical and Analytical Development departments.
Strict compliance with cGMP guidelines is required to perform most job tasks.
Responsibilities: Maintain various Chemical and Analytical Development archive files and logs/spreadsheets that track departmental activities.
Issue Chemical Development Reports and Process Transfer Documents.
Issue Method Development/Analytical Development reports.
Maintain and post Chemical Development, Analytical Development/Process Support Group emergency contact sheets.
Perform SAP entry including purchase order processing, receiving of orders, Maintenance Work Orders.
Contact vendors for pricing, availability and order status.
Check inventory in SAP.
Complete individual and monthly department reports as requested by department personnel.
Manage Departmental Practices for formatting, accuracy and timely updating.
Proofread documents.
Routinely use various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Trackwise and RedVector.
Provide various clerical duties (g.
copying, document changes, word processing, schedules, letters, memos, faxes, telephone messages, mail distribution, etc.
) to support personnel from the Chemical and Analytical Development Departments.
Create folders in Empower Manage Chemical and Analytical departmental training matrices.
Provide coverage for other administrative assistants as necessary.
Provide support to supplier qualification activities.
Provide assistance with trainings, meals, etc.
Administer, issue, organize and maintain current and historical Chemical and Analytical Development research documentation files.
Maintain and update as needed, department notebooks, including filing, retrieval, copying, etc.
All employees are required to adhere to EPA, DEA, FDA and cGMP regulations as they relate to the operation of the Company; and to adhere to all company safety rules and procedures.
All employees are expected to report to work regularly and promptly.
Other duties relating to departmental mission, not specifically detailed in this section may be assigned.
Qualifications / Skills:: 3 or more years of experience in an office environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates in Arts degree or Technical training will be considered beneficial
